Alamanda Online Community Portal |
|
Originally developed for Villawood Properties using our original Community Portal platform, Alamanda Online has been recently overhauled in both its design and functionality for the Alamanda Residents Committee. The Alamanda Residents Committee is made up by residents of Alamanda who actively use the Portal on a daily basis for both social and administrative reasons.
Alamanda Online is the Community Portal for the Alamanda Point Cook Estate located in Melbourne's West. The estate has been developed by Villawood Properties and has now almost exhausted its allocation of nearly 1500 allotments. Residents of the estate come from all backgrounds and ages and include singles, couples, families and retirees. It is a vibrant, multicultural estate with a focus on being a tight-knit community.
The new Alamanda Online Community Portal is one of our latest second-generation Community Portal which is built on a easy to use, dynamic open-source platform. This Community Portal has a number of features that includes secure document storage for Resident's Committee meetings, a full social networking interface, local news and events calenders, and an easy to use and maintain booking system for the various communal facilities Alamanda Point Cook has to offer.
Our Community Portals are an ideal solution for any Owners Corporation, Residents Committee, Charity Organisation, Business or Community of any size or make up. Everyone can use the system (if you know how to send an email or surf the web.. then you can use and maintain it) and we provide any additional training to the manager of the site. Our Portals save on administrative and storage costs, online security and maintains your organisation's history.
Our Community Portals are a powerful communication tool that have been adapted to mimick and integrate with today's social media applications. It allows members of the community to find their voice online, communicate with other members of the community, share their various interests, form clubs and societies and get the lastest access to community events and information.
